If you have made an order and wish to cancel it, please call the restaurant you ordered from who will be able to resolve this for you.

Delivery Policy
Basmatis offers a delivery service to a number of suburbs within a reasonable proximity of the restaurants. We offer home delivery for free of cost within 3kms from the restaurant if the order value is more than $50. You should expect delivery of your food within45-60 minutes, so plan your order based on that to avoid delay.
Refund Policy
We will endeavour to resolve all situations that don’t meet your satisfaction however please select your order carefully as refunds are provided at sole discretion of the restaurant and are not guaranteed.
